ERP Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy and propose solutions to customers to improve business processes
  • Design, configure, test and implement ERP system to meet business objectives
  • Develop training content, prepare training material and conduct training
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Provide timely and quality support service required by customers
  • Basic process knowledge on HR/Procurement/Finance/Sales & Distribution/Production Planning/Plant Maintenance/Inventory Management

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Possess good analytical, trouble-shooting skills and time management
  • Basic process knowledge on HR/Procurement/Finance/Sales & Distribution/Production Planning/Plant Maintenance/Inventory Management
