Control Panel Operator (Production Plant)


  • To operate the plant based on operating, startup and shut down procedure
  • To observe panel readings, record and ensure stable operating conditions as per standard operating procedure
  • To adjust the metering, switches, valve and levers from control panel or give instruction to the field operator to regulate the process conditions such as flow rates, temperature, pressures, time etc
  • Responsible to monitor the production site condition through CCTV
  • Responsible to collect, feedback and report all the necessary production information. Information delivered must be clear and accurate
  • To respond to alarm signal according to standard operating procedure
  • To comply all safety and health requirement at work
  • To report to and complete any tasks assigned by the shift supervisor


  • Minimum SPM Level
  • 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing/ production operation industry
  • Experience in field operation and control panel is an advantage
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to communicate in mandarin will be an advantage
