Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
  • Coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve manufacturing process
  • Provide technical support to production team for the successful implementation of process changes
  • Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameter & trouble shooting for any abnormal issue
  • Discover areas of plant improvement, involve in plant modification project, optimizing the plant productivity, quality and cost
  • Assist training in process

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Chemical Engineering or related qualifications
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & troubleshoot equipment and system problem in the production line
  • Major work order resource planning, management and coordination
  • Interface with production and process department to analyse production process, workflow and recommend improvements to equipment or system to improve productivity and quality
  • Interface with procurement department on purchasing of parts or equipment, provide technical and budget/cost analysis
  • Involve in modification of equipment, optimize the mechanical components and work
  • Management of contractors
  • Assist department training

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related qualifications
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Familiar in production plant or manufacturing industry
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD software or solid works will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to read, speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
